Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to modular furniture quotations, manufacturing, and installation work discussed with Shanti Interio in Jaipur. They sit alongside any written quotation, drawing approval, and order confirmation you receive for a specific project.

Parties and billing name

You communicate with the team under the brand Shanti Interio. Tax invoices are raised under Shanti Furniture and Electronics. Payment references should follow the instructions on your invoice and quotation.

Quotations

Quotations are based on measured sizes, approved layouts, material selections, hardware specifications, and installation assumptions stated in the document. If the site differs from what was measured, or if you change materials after approval, the quote may be revised.

Design approval

Production begins after you approve the relevant drawings and specifications. Changes requested after cutting has started may require rework charges and timeline changes.

Manufacturing and delivery to site

We manufacture according to the approved package. Timelines shared in writing are estimates tied to design freeze, material availability, and site access. Delays caused by incomplete sites, wet civil work, or missing decisions may shift installation dates.

Installation

Installation requires safe access, electrical and plumbing readiness where relevant, and clear working space. Extra civil cutting, unexpected wall out-of-square conditions, or customer-supplied appliances that differ from drawings can affect fitment time.

Payments

Payment stages, if any, are listed on your quotation or order form. Work may pause if agreed stage payments are delayed.

Cancellation

If you cancel after materials are purchased or cutting has begun, costs already incurred may be deducted as described in your order documents. Custom modular work is made to your sizes and is not a shelf product that can simply be returned to stock.

Warranty scope

Any warranty covers manufacturing defects within the scope written on your handover documents. Misuse, water leakage from civil plumbing, excess load beyond specification, or on-site alterations by third parties are typically excluded.
