Refund Policy

Shanti Interio manufactures made-to-measure modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture. Because units are cut for your drawings and site sizes, refunds work differently from ready-made retail furniture sold in sealed boxes.

Brand and billing

Project communication uses the brand Shanti Interio. Refunds or payment adjustments, when applicable, follow the invoice issued under Shanti Furniture and Electronics and the payment method originally used.

Before production starts

If you cancel before material purchase and before cutting, we review any design or measurement fees already agreed in writing. Where work has not started, unused advance amounts are handled as stated on your quotation.

After production starts

Once panels are cut or materials are procured for your job, those costs cannot be reversed into generic stock. Cancellation at this stage usually means deducting incurred material and production costs before any balance is considered.

Installed goods

Installed modular furniture is not eligible for a “change of mind” return. If a manufacturing defect is verified under your warranty terms, we repair or remake the affected component as documented at handover.

How to raise a request

Email support@shantiinterio.com with your name, site area, quotation or invoice reference, and a clear description of the issue. Photos help for defect review.

Timelines

We acknowledge refund or remake requests after we verify payment and project records. Banking timelines for any approved refund depend on the original payment channel.
